Registration Steps:
Complete Online Registration Link to HCS Registration Hub
Come to In Person Registration Day
Even if the online registration is completed, families will need to attend the In Person Registration Day to get car tags, bus routes, etc.
Completing the online registration will greatly expedite the process on registration day.
Documents Needed for Registration:
2 proofs of residency
Must be dated within the last 30 days
Examples Include:
- Mortgage, lease, or deed
- Electric, water, gas, or cable bill
- Agency or Court Documentation with address (IRS, Disability, etc)
- Insurance (medical, life, home, or auto) statement
- Current Bank Statement or employment check stub with date
- Parent/Guardian Driver’s License or State Issued ID
- Birth Certificate
Shot Record with Physical
This documentation will need to be on the Tennessee form if coming from another state.
This can be done at any TN Health Department or TN Doctor
Court Papers for Special Cases
If you have a special circumstance regarding custody, please provide the school with a copy of court documents signed by a magistrate
